When i decided to become a phlebotomist i was referred by a friend of mine to come to this school. I was hesitating at first but finally decided to come and it was the best decision. The instructor, the classmates, the way they taught us it was just wonderful. I even felt sad on my last day of class because it was over. I liked this school a lot. Thank you Vana for being so nice and thank you everyone at LAVI. I definitely recommend everyone who is interested in phlebotomy to come here. I am going to miss you guys!!!

It’s a phenomenal institution for anyone to become a phlebotomist and the administrative members are pretty helpful throughout the program and gaining thelicense from California state.

My family and I knew a connection here and it was a great choice. Eva was incredibly sweet and answered immediately to my voicemails and was attentive to my questions. Mr. K was also an excellent instructor — he gave us all of the information we needed as well as hands-on experience and feedback. The course was excellent and I passed my exam on my first attempt!

I carefully selected the LA vocational school for the phlebotomy program, and I am extremely satisfied with my decision. The admin, Vana, greeted me with exceptional warmth and displayed her kindness and helpfulness while assisting me with the program application. As for Mr. K, the instructor, his professionalism truly shines through. He possesses an extensive knowledge of the subject matter and is brimming with enthusiasm. With his exceptional teaching skills, he effortlessly explains the material in a way that is easily comprehensible. Moreover, his sense of humor adds a positive and enjoyable atmosphere to the classroom, making the time spent there pass by swiftly. My experience at this school has been nothing short of amazing, and I am thrilled that I made the right choice.

Mr K is an amazing instructor. He makes sure you understand the lesson of the day before moving on.If you need extra help he is willing to accommodate you to come in for extra practice! Totally recommend the phlebotomy program at this location!

Thank you to Eva for her patience, big THANK YOU to Mr. K for his knowledge, undivided attention and expertise in phlebotomy. He breaks down vocabulary, he guides you during practice. Learned a lot regarding tubes their color and how not to hurt the patient during a draw. Thank you for also being comical during class. I never knew you can direct a needle during a draw if you miss the vein, Mr. K explained it is safe you will not hurt the PT. Thank you LAVI and Mr. K. Will be studying for national.
